ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), age 21 or older ("Eligible Participants"). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees, officers, directors and agents of The Walt Disney Company, Starz Entertainment, LLC. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and any others associated with this Sweepstakes (and members of their immediate families) are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 AM PT June 12, 2009 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT July 12, 2009 (Sweepstakes Period).
TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter:
On-Line: During the Sweepstakes watch Walt Disney Pictures' High School Musical 3: Senior Year on Starz On Demand and each showing will include on-air messaging promoting the sweepstakes, reveal a question at the beginning of each movie and invite Eligible Participants to look for the answer to the question which will be disclosed at the end of the movie. To enter the Sweepstakes, Eligible Participants can then log onto www.STARZ.com/HSM3SENIORYEAR (Web site), click on the icon, banner or text link to access the Sweepstakes registration page, and follow the directions to enter. All Internet entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor's computer (the official Sweepstakes time keeping device) by 11:59:59 PM PT on July 12, 2009. When online, you will need to enter your full name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, e-mail address and correctly answer the question. For details on how your information may be used, see Sponsor's terms of use/privacy policy at www.starz.com.
By Mail: Alternately, to enter by mail, print your name, complete address, zip code, daytime phone number with area code and e-mail address (if available) on a 3" x 5" card. Mail in a first class stamped envelope to: Starz On Demand Watch To Win Sweepstakes, Dept. 6433, PO Box 5009, Stacy, MN 55078-5009, entries must be postmarked by July 13, 2009, and received by July 20, 2009.
There is a limit of one entry per person, regardless of the method of entry during the Sweepstakes Period. All entry information submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Should multiple names be listed on a single subscription/account, the first name listed will be deemed the subscription/account holder. No robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entries, or third party entries, (collectively "automated entries"), all of which will be disqualified. Entries will be disqualified if they are incorrect, altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, illegible, mechanically reproduced, multiple, mutilated and postage-due incomplete, interrupted, late, lost, misdirected, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible. Entries will not be returned or acknowledged. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
PRIZES/ODDS: Grand Prize: One (1) trip for four (4) to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida (the "Premises"). Trip includes four (4) round trip coach air fares between the major United States gateway closest to winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport; four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Premises via Disney's Magical Express® Motor Coach Service; room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for two (2) nights at a hotel at the Premises selected by Sponsor in its discretion and one (1) night in the Cinderella Castle Suite, subject to availability (if not available, one (1) extra night in a hotel at the Premises will be provided); four (4) Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option; and $1,000 for spending money. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $5,423.00.
First Prizes: One hundred (100) First Place Prize winners will each receive a High School Musical 3: Senior Year Prize Pack with an ARV of $50 each. The total ARV of all prizes is $10,423.00.
All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor at least 45 days in advance of the trip and must be completed by December 15, 2009. Grand Prize winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and such guests must be at least 21 years of age, the legal child or ward of the Grand Prize winner or have parental consent. Minors must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply to travel and accommodations. Grand Prize winner and guests are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents as needed or required. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Insurance, meals, gratuities and other expenses not listed are the responsibility of the winner. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Taxes on prizes, if any and any other costs not listed herein are the winner's responsibility. Prize may not be assigned or transferred. No substitutions or exchange for cash allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
PRIZE DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries on or about July 27, 2009. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner by mail, overnight mail and/or telephone approximately two days after that drawing. The drawing and awarding of prizes will be conducted by Promotion Management Center, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within 10 days of notification, or prize may be forfeited. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable or refused will result in entrant disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian and the parent or legal guardian must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within the same time period. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, photograph, biographical information and statements by Sponsor in advertising, promotional materials and on their web sites without notice or compensation. Limit of one prize per household.
GENERAL RULES: By entering, each entrant and winner assumes all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by the Sweepstakes, his or her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and releases and holds harmless The Walt Disney Company, Starz Entertainment, LLC., and their respective parents, subsidiaries and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents (collectively, Releasees) of each from and against any and all damages, including, without limitation, negligence, claims, actions and/or liability in connection therewith including, without limitation, personal and bodily injury, death or disability, property damage or loss or damage of any other kind. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor may select potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be impairing the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes will be disqualified.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for misdirected or non-delivered entries/e-mails; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Web site or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, or miscommunications, or failed computer, network, telephone, satellite, or cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.
